I have led the creation of strategic, operational and financial metrics, business intelligence, and key performance indicators to measure organizational performance with impactful changes. I have been involved in providing feedback in artifacts (roadmap, architecture, design, code, etc.) and processes for data to be used consistently, collaboratively, and securely across teams and departments. I have been involved in the development of annual plans to support data and analytics work, participate in the management and coordination of internal professional development opportunities, provide support and training. I work with key stakeholders to develop and implement a plan for reviewing historical data, fixing incorrect data, identifying and collecting missing data. I have led teams that would develop forecasts (financial, sales, operational), statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses to drive improvement efforts. My experience in various industries such as health care, engineering, public transit, insurance, finance, payroll, and security has given me a broad perspective and a diverse skill set that I can apply to any challenge.
